Located near the Santa Ynez Valley, right off Hwy. 101 (5 miles south of Buellton CA, and 35 miles north of Santa Barbara, CA) our 1,000 acre Cattle Ranch & Blueberry Farm—with a Vacation Home and Guest Bungalow, is perfect for group Get Togethers, small Retreats, Weddings, Receptions, and Events of all kinds. Our completely remodeled, 'rustic/modern' Vacation Home (Retreat House) is separated from the 2 bedroom Guest Bungalow by the 'Old Cookhouse'—a cabin-like lounge/game room with a ping pong table and room to hang out and relax. All three buildings are connected by a large courtyard, patios and a huge landscaped lawn area with a pro sized Bocce Ball Court. Wineries abound in our area, and we're an easy 8–15 minute drive to Beaches, the Danish town of Solvang, and the Chumash Casino. Complete with air conditioning, wireless internet, 2 satellite TVs, Wii game system, and a full, group-ready kitchen, you'll finde everything you'll need—with sleeping and dining for 18 to 21 guests.
